Gift-giving Opportunities at the Glen Ellyn Library

Think of the library when shopping for friends and family this holiday season. The Glen Ellyn Public Library Foundation offers unique opportunities for gift-giving.

The Glen Ellyn Public Library Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, facilitates a program that allows you to make a financial donation in exchange for naming a piece of the library for yourself or a loved one. A variety of the library’s furniture and meeting spaces are available. Nameable items range from the end panel of a bookshelf to the library building itself. A plaque will be permanently affixed to the item of your choosing in exchange for a financial contribution. Naming opportunities are as follows:

Examples of named items already in place at the library include two restaurant-style booths named for the Ray Cliff family’s grandchildren and the self-checkout machine named by the Julien family.
