The Glen Ellyn Public Library Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, facilitates a program that allows you to make a financial donation in exchange for naming a piece of the library for yourself or a loved one. A variety of the library’s furniture and meeting spaces are available. Nameable items range from the end panel of a bookshelf to the library building itself. A plaque will be permanently affixed to the item of your choosing in exchange for a financial contribution. Naming opportunities are as follows:

Examples of named items already in place at the library include two restaurant-style booths named for the Ray Cliff family’s grandchildren and the self-checkout machine named by the Julien family.
