Help your child develop early reading, writing, math and science skills through play.

Smart Starts is a hands-on, interactive environment where adults help children develop early reading, writing, math and science skills through play. Several crafts, games and experiential activities are focused around a weekly theme and are designed to engage children ages 2 to 6.Smart Starts runs Tuesday through Thursday. Drop in anytime during the scheduled hours.

Smart Starts Runs February 27 through March 22.

Weekly Themes

February 27 – March 1 Transportation Station: Planes, trains, and automobiles! Explore things that go.
March 6-8 Whimsical Weather: Examine the different types of weather through crafts, activities, and play.
March 13-15 Flower Power: Learn about plants and flowers and how they grow.
March 20-22 Busy Bees: Keep busy by learning about the importance of bees and how honey is made!
