I liked To Kill A Mockingbird because it was about staying true to what you think is right. This book was about a prominent Southern lawyer, Atticus, fighting for justice for a falsely-accused man in the 1960s. This put his career in jeopardy, but he knew it was the right thing to do.
The book details the hardships Atticus faces for choosing to do what is right, and is mostly shown through the perspective of his daughter, Scout. It is a good book and it was interesting to learn about a time I had not yet read about.
Someone who likes historical fiction would like this book. I give it four stars.
