The Great Glen Ellyn Scavenger Hunt

We understand how much of a challenge this COVID-19 crisis is for families. We want you to know that we care about you and will try and support you with our remote library services. Check our social media for ideas on how to make learning from home fun, as well as some awesome ebooks and e-audiobook suggestions that you can download for free through Libby, Hoopla, and more. We’re excited to share our best tips and tricks for keeping the kids entertained and motivated.

It’s also important that kids get outside for some fresh air and exercise. What does this mean in terms of “social distancing”? It means we can be creative and find activities that do not involve social interaction or touching anything. Here’s a fun scavenger hunt that you can do in your own neighborhood! Just remember to keep about six feet of space between people, and wash your hands when you get home. Feel free to add your own additions to this flexible format:
