Holidays during a pandemic are challenging. We want to see friends and family but in the safest way possible.  Despite everything going on, I have plenty be thankful for. Here are some examples.

Unicorn in front of rainbow reading a bookThe Library

Over the summer it was a bummer not to see the community.  Ever since we opened in July, the staff have been eager to see everyone and vice versa.  Despite our masks, we’re smiling at each other again. One common praise we’ve heard from you all, “We’re so glad the library is open again!”

My HealthBeach scene with letters Take Care of Yourself

I’ve been taking the necessary precautions so I don’t get sick. Odds are you know someone who has gotten stick or know someone who knows someone who has gotten sick. Yikes, that’s a lot of people. Keep being vigilant and taking care of yourself!

My New Home

I moved to a new apartmeBird on birdhouse with flowers and text Happy New Homent in August. I found a bigger, cheaper place just a block away. Why not?! I’m glad I thought to look around at other options when my lease was nearing the end.

What are you thankful for?

Thanks for reading and see you next time!
