What to Expect
Email alerts will be sent from “Your Local Library” and the sender’s email address will end in sdcatalog.swanlibraries.net.
Phone calls will be from “Local Library,”a toll-free number by an automated system. The pre-recorded call will try to reach your phone number and leave a message, or try calling up to three times if a message cannot be left. The system only calls Monday – Friday from 10:30 am – 7:30 pm and Saturday – Sunday from 11 am – 6 pm.
