For Teachers

School supplies Glen Ellyn Public Library, through intergovernmental agreements, partners with Glen Ellyn schools to offer
  • school library cards that allow staff to check out materials 
  • classroom collection materials, including books, DVDs, and periodicals, checked out to a school library card 
  • Glen Ellyn Public Library staff visits to schools or school visits to the library for book talks, read-alouds, resource fairs, or high interest day
  • partnerships that connect the library to school staff, students, and families in relevant ways

Come to the library and select items for school use on your own, or fill out the online Classroom Collections form. You will receive available materials usually within 5-10 days of your request. Please consider other library users and do not take all items on a subject.
