Passport Acceptance
Glen Ellyn Public Library is an official Passport Acceptance Facility and accepts on behalf of the U.S. Department of State only DS-11 applications for new passports and passport renewals for children under age 18.
Fees
- Each passport application must include a check or money order payable to the U.S. Department of State.
- The library collects a processing fee of $35 per application which may be paid with cash, credit card, or check payable to Glen Ellyn Public Library.

The library offers passport photo services by appointment only. Please call 630-790-6630 to schedule a photo-only appointment.

- Each photo costs $15 which may be paid with cash, credit card, or check payable to Glen Ellyn Public Library.
