The Milton Township Community Mental Health Board (also known as the 708 Board after House Bill 708) is dedicated to the strategic planning and funding of mental health, intellectual/developmental disability, and substance abuse services. In June of 2025, the 708 Board approved the Municipal Library Social Worker Intern Pilot Project.
The Municipal Library Social Worker Intern Pilot Project provides funds for two social work interns from the School of Social Work at Dominican University at Glen Ellyn Public Library through the end of April 2026. Welcome Vesryn and Nastaphia!
