The story revolves around a teenage girl who’s about to get deported, but she (shocker) meets a boy. It’s a cute story of these two characters falling in love within the limited amount of time they have together.
Throughout the book, there is a “battle” between the power of true love and the ticking clock. We know it sounds super cheesy, but we swear it’s worth the read. The playful banter between the two main characters will have you smiling for hours. The concept of time running out will have you on the edge of your seat, wondering if these two teens can somehow stay together, even if the odds are stacked against them. The heartbreaking twists will have you experiencing a rollercoaster of emotions. All of these aspects make this a perfect novel. It actually became so popular that it was adapted into a movie – which is yet another reason to read it. After finishing reading the book, you can watch the movie to see the book come to life!
