Tuesdays, beginning May 24, Glen Ellyn Youth and Family Counseling Service (GEYFCS) will be available to provide Counseling and Crisis Intervention and Support in the GEYFCS Community Support and Counseling Room on the 2nd floor of the library.
Appointments will be available from 9 am – Noon by calling 630-469-3040, ext. 3045 or by emailing Jessica Gul at jessicagul@geyfcs.org. Walk-in service will be available from 1-4 pm.
Updated October 2022: New counseling hours at Glen Ellyn Public Library are Tuesdays, 11 am – 7 pm, with walk-in service from 11 am – 1 pm.
GEYFCS serves Glen Ellyn residents or individuals with children who attend (or would) attend a Glen Ellyn school and provides
- Individual, Family, or Couples Counseling
- Crisis Intervention and Support
- Referral and Linkage to community resources
GEYFCS operates on a sliding-scale basis; no one is refused mental health services based on an inability to pay.
