Glen Ellyn Public Library is an official Passport Acceptance Facility and accepts on behalf of the U.S. Department of State only DS-11 applications for new passports and passport renewals for children under age 18. The library’s passport services, including passport photos, are available by appointment only by booking online or calling 630-790-6630.
