2025 Summer Reading began Sunday, June 1, and the library has met its goal of 2,000 registrants! Now, the Glen Ellyn Library Foundation and Friends of the Library will each donate $1,000 to Western DuPage Special Recreation Association (WDSRA) to support social and recreational programs for individuals of all ages with special needs!
If you haven’t registered , there is still time to participate! 2025 Summer Reading continues until Thursday, July 31, with lots of prizes to be claimed! Registrants up to grade 8 can earn drawing slips at the library. Monthly drawings will be on June 30 and August 11. Adult and high school registrants receive a chocolate bar from Chocolaterie Stam at registration and can earn chances to win tickets to the Hokusai & Ukiyo-e Exhibition at Cleve Carney Museum of Art at College of DuPage!
