2,000+ Summer Readers help library meet goal of $2,000 for Ten Thousand Villages!

2024 Summer Reading ran from June 1-July 31, and the library’s goal of 2,000 registrants was met! The final number of sign-ups was 2,255, accounting for a total of 63,323 days of reading–wow! As a result, the Glen Ellyn Library Foundation and Friends of the Library have each donated $1,000 to our non-profit partner, Ten Thousand Villages , to support fair trade artisans. Thank you to all of our participants!
