Non-Resident Owners of Property Located in Incorporated Glen Ellyn Policy

Owners of property in incorporated Glen Ellyn who do not reside in incorporated Glen Ellyn contribute to the library through their property taxes and can register for a Glen Ellyn Public Library card at no additional cost. Please see Illinois State law 75 ILCS 16/30-55.60.
