Bi-monthly, the library features a different artist or group of artists on the Gallery Wall and in the display case on the 2nd floor. Please email the Adult Programming Coordinator with questions about the Gallery Wall. Artists interested in displaying their art can submit an Art Display Proposal form.

What is your group’s connection to Glen Ellyn?
Our connection to Glen Ellyn is not just of proximity, but also shared community. While we are based in Schaumburg, we consider our community to include anyone interested in learning about and sharing culture. Historically, Native nations of Illinois and the Chicagoland region lived, traveled, and interacted across a broad area that extends well beyond today’s municipal boundaries. As a community cultural center, we welcome Glen Ellyn and surrounding communities to engage with Native art, history, and culture.
Briefly describe the collection.
Our collection emphasizes living, contemporary Native cultures. It provides perspectives not only on history, but the present and future through First Voice.
