Programming Proposal Form

Recommendations for the purchase of Glen Ellyn Public Library materials may be submitted by the general public to the library, which will base a decision to purchase on the General Criteria for Selection Policy.

If you provide your library card number, the library will attempt to place a hold on the material for you if the material is purchased.

Please use this form to request an appointment to print an STL file or to schedule a time for one-on-one help with staff.
