Adult Department
The library features the art of adults and high school students on the Gallery Wall and in the display case on the 2nd floor. Adult and high school-age artists interested in displaying their art may submit an Art Display Proposal form. Preference will be given based on artists with ties to the Glen Ellyn community.
The library assesses the appropriateness of exhibits to the audience of all ages, levels of sophistication, backgrounds, and personal tastes, and reserves the right to reject any part of an exhibition or change the manner of display.
In accordance with the American Library Association’s Bill of Rights, exhibits will not be excluded because of the origin, background or views of those contributing to their creation, nor removed because of partisan or doctrinal disapproval.
Artists whose art is on the Gallery Wall and in the display case on the 2nd floor are required to sign a Display and Exhibit Area User Agreement .
